Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
PipelineAI ("PipelineAI," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered lead generation, follow-up automation, and website development services to small and medium-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website (pipelineai.live), engage us as a client, or interact with automated communications (SMS, WhatsApp, or email) sent on behalf of one of our clients.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our website or services.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy covers two groups of people:
- Clients — business owners who hire PipelineAI to build and run automation systems (SMS, WhatsApp, email, websites).
- Contacts / leads — individuals who receive automated messages sent through systems we build and operate on behalf of our clients (for example, a dental clinic's patients receiving a reactivation text).
We act as a service provider / data processor on behalf of our clients for contact and lead data. Our clients remain responsible for the leads and contacts they provide us and for having a lawful basis (such as prior consent or an existing business relationship) to contact those individuals.
2. Information We Collect
From clients directly: Name, business name, email, phone number, billing information; business details needed to configure automation; login credentials for connected accounts (e.g., Twilio, Meta Business, and other integrations), only as needed to configure and operate services.
From clients' leads and contacts (processed on our clients' behalf): Name, phone number, email address; message content and interaction history; engagement data (message delivery, open/click status, opt-in/opt-out status).
Automatically, from our website: IP address, browser type, device information; pages visited and general usage analytics; cookies (see Section 7).
3. How We Use Information
We use information to: deliver the services our clients hire us for; configure and maintain integrations with third-party platforms; respond to client and lead inquiries, including opt-out and support requests; improve our own services and maintain security; comply with legal obligations, including telecommunications and messaging regulations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact/lead data collected on behalf of a client for our own independent marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
To deliver the Pipeline AI Platform, we rely on third-party infrastructure providers, each of which processes data under their own privacy policies: our CRM, pipeline, and SMS/email automation infrastructure provider; Twilio (SMS delivery and phone number provisioning); Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp messaging); Anthropic's Claude API (AI-assisted message drafting and response handling); Make.com (workflow automation between platforms); Supabase (database hosting for certain client applications).
5. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Consent
For any SMS or WhatsApp campaign we operate on a client's behalf: messages are sent only to individuals who have provided consent to receive communications from that specific business; every SMS campaign includes clear opt-out instructions (reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for assistance); message and data rates may apply; we do not knowingly send messages to numbers on the U.S. National Do Not Call Registry or to individuals who have opted out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.
If you believe you received a message in error or wish to opt out and are having trouble doing so, contact us directly at hello@pipelineai.live.
6. Data Retention
We retain client and lead data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Clients may request deletion of their data or their contacts' data by contacting us.
7. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage and improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International Data Transfers
We are based in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, and may work with clients and process data for individuals located in Mexico, the United States, and elsewhere via our third-party providers.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at hello@pipelineai.live.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
